Shipping Info

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you require faster service, please call us at (781) 962-1021

Tamara Handbags offers a $10 flat rate shipping charge for UPS Ground.

Online orders received before 2PM EST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and sent via UPS that day. Orders received after 2 PM EST or on weekend days will be fulfilled the next business day.

If an item is on back order, we will call or email you with an approximate ship date.

Return Policy

Handbags can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, we will issue an exchange or credit only. We cannot refund the shipping cost when you return an item.

Prior notification must be received before any item is returned. Please email sales@tamarahandbags.com or call 781-962-1021 if you would like to return or exchange an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be unused and in original condition.

Handle with Care

To extend the life of your fabric, please treat your handbag with care.

For fabric products, we recommend spot cleaning only and suggest testing a small area with warm water and mild soap.

Handbag Defects

Please contact us if you discover a defect in any of our handbags. Within 3 months of purchase, we will send you a replacement or arrange an acceptable solution.

Previous Seasons

Each handbag style is produced as a limited edition, once the product sells out, it is difficult to find. On occasion, we may have a few of an item still located in our office, so please email us with your request.
