Tamara Handbags offers a $10 flat-rate shipping charge for UPS Ground.

Online orders recieved before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and sent via UPS that day. Orders recieved after 3 PM EST or on weekend days will be fulfilled the next business day.

If an item is on back order, we will call or email you with an approximate ship date.

Handbags can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, we will issue an exchange or credit only. We cannot refund the shipping cost when you return an item.

Prior notification must be received before any item is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be unused and in original condition.

To extrend the life of your fabric, please treat with care.

For fabric products, we recommend spot cleaning only and suggest testing a small area with warm water and mild soap.

Please contact us if you discover a defect in any of our handbags. Within 6 months of purchase, we will send you a replacement or arrange an acceptable solution.

Each handbag style is produced as a limited edition, once the product sells out, it is difficult to find. On occasion, we may have a few of an item still located in our office, so please email us with your request.
